How we use information
We use this information to operate accounts, show eligible vacancies, administer assessments, support recruitment workflows, prevent misuse and improve the platform. Candidate contact information and resumes are restricted according to the platform workflow.
Sharing with employers
When a candidate applies to a vacancy, the relevant hiring company can review the information needed for that application. Recruiter discovery respects the candidate’s profile visibility choice.
Security and retention
We use access controls and reasonable technical measures to protect platform data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain data only as needed for account operation, legal duties and legitimate platform records.
Your choices
You can update profile information and recruiter visibility from your account. You may request account assistance or deletion through Pharma Academy support, subject to records we must keep for legal, fraud prevention or dispute purposes.
